Clinical consult are 1:1 session where Zoe discusses your health concerns in an indepth consult. This allows a deeper understanding of what is going on with your health.
Zoe follows a holistic approach to treatment, using nutrients and exercise as her main tools to heal the body. These sessions are useful to finding the root cause of your health concerns. Zoe uses functional testing, diet analysis, pathology testing and much more to identify what cause of your health concerns by identifying biological dysfunctions presenting as physical symptoms and provide evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle advice to rebalance the body.
Your health means a lot to Zoe and is not something that changes overnight. Multiple sessions are required to get appropriate treatment from Zoe as a clinical nutritionist and allow you to make lifelong diet and lifestyle changes along the way.

Sports Nutrition

Sports nutrition performance consultations are 1:1 sessions where Zoe works closely with you to optimise your nutrition for performance, recovery, and long-term athletic health. These consults go beyond general nutrition by focusing on your training demands, competition schedule, body composition goals, and energy requirements. Zoe takes a holistic yet performance-driven approach, using detailed diet analysis, training-load review, and relevant testing to identify gaps or limitations affecting your output.
Zoe also integrates her clinical nutrition and functional analysis background where needed, exploring factors such as gut health, micronutrient status, and underlying imbalances that may be limiting performance, recovery, or energy levels. From there, she provides tailored, evidence-based strategies around fuelling, hydration, recovery, and supplementation to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. As performance is built over time, ongoing sessions allow Zoe to refine your plan alongside your training, helping you achieve consistent progress and sustainable results.
Zoe has worked with groups of athletes at Perth Football Club and collaborated with Mayne Academy 2024 to provide nutritional advice.
Workshops & Guest Speaker
Zoe delivers interactive nutrition workshops for clubs, schools, athletes, and parents, alongside personalised consultations for deeper support. Her sessions are designed to be engaging, easy to understand, and immediately actionable—so athletes don’t just learn, they apply.
Because the most effective nutrition strategies are the ones athletes can actually stick to.
Zoe has presented for multiple organisations and companies, including at the Veterans’ Health Week ‘Eat Well’ conference, Perth Football club and Mayne Academy.
