Hi, I'm Zoe.

I always had an interest in health but it wasn't always as straightforward. I went through a lot of downtimes and confusion, with what to eat and how to exercise and as I got older it all seemed to get even more confusing and confronting. I have been through my own journey with mental health, ongoing gut issues, unhealthy eating behaviours, and body image issues all of which I wish to discuss on this website. Dietary changes and appropriate exercise helped me get back into a state of balance mentally and physically, which lead me to study the science behind food and gain a better understanding of fitness.

Zoe is a Clinical Nutritionist and a Personal Trainer who has a passion for the healing effects food and exercise have on our bodies. Zoe is passionate about educating her clients about the cause of their health concerns. Zoe’s goal as a nutritionist is to create a level of health that the individual is happy with, which looks different for everyone she sees.

 

Zoe graduated from Endeavor Collage with a Bachelor of Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine in 2021 and is a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association.

Zoe specialises in nutritional consultations to improve people's health, but she knew there were more factors impacting people's health. This is why Zoe got her qualifications if Fitness (Cert 4), to gain a better understanding of how to appropriately implement movement into people's treatment as well. 

 

Zoe has also done further studies in Sport and Performance Nutrition were she has a passion for supporting athletes in a holistic, food first but not food only approach.

Zoe is committed to ongoing professional development. She regularly attends Natural Therapy educational seminars and webinars to ensure that she keeps up-to-date with the emerging research in Nutritional medicine.

Treatment Approach

Zoe takes a food first approach to her treatment and aims to empower her clients to take charge of their health, educate them on preventive health, and teach them to listen to their body to maintain health and wellness long-term. Our bodies are constantly changing due to everyday life and aging, your dietary requirements should change to support your bodies health.Zoe’s role as a clinical nutritionist is to understand the root cause of your health concerns by identifying biological dysfunctions presenting as physical symptoms and provide evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle advice to rebalance the body. This involves identifying nutritional imbalance through analysing dietary and lifestyle patterns, functional testing and pathology.Your health means a lot to Zoe and is not something that changes overnight. Multiple sessions are required to get appropriate treatment from Zoe as a clinical nutritionist and allow you to make lifelong diet and lifestyle changes along the way.

Zoe's focus is to create as little impact to your body as possible, following the philosophy of "Do no harm". Allowing and supporting the body's natural healing process. 

Zoe also takes this into the environment we live in. With a world full of harmful influences on our bodies, Zoe focuses on educating towards a holistic and sustainable way of living.

 

Zoe's aim is to teach people that sustainable living doesn't mean living a "hippie" lifestyle. We have come so far with sustainable resources that they are now just as accessible. Making the change will require more planning to begin with, but this is why Zoe created Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle, so people have one place with all the required information. 


Zoe is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and believes nutrition is the number one tool for regaining balance (health) back in the body. Humans are meant to be more connected to the planet's resources than we are. Our bodies are made up of the same materials! Through Zoe's education, it became clear that we are meant to be working with our planet rather than creating other resources. Zoe believes nature has given us all the resources required to live healthy lives.

Holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle has been created by Zoe to improve the health of the community and improve the health of our planet. 

Human food consumption has a huge impact on our planet. Overproduction, food wastage, processing, and non-sustainable packaging are just a few examples of their impacts. Zoe's goal is to educate her community on simple and affordable changes to improve their health and their environment as well.
