Zoe has also done further studies in Sport and Performance Nutrition were she has a passion for supporting athletes in a holistic, food first but not food only approach.

Growing up as an athlete and being required to always be in shape, lead Zoe to the connection food has on our bodies. Zoe combines her clinical knowledge of the body and love for sports and exercise by helping athletes of all ages understand what foods best support their performance and recovery!
